Because resin products require multiple production steps, including personalization preparation, resin casting, curing, finishing, assembly, lighting installation, and quality inspection, the production time is approximately:

Please understand that this production time is necessary to ensure the resin is fully cured and the final product is properly finished before shipment.

The quality check process will take 1-3 business days. Once completed, we will send you a tracking number for you to track your shipment.
* Shipping Time:
Your order will typically arrive within 7-14 business days (depending on the shipping method and your location). Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons, or if there are any delays caused by weather, public health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping time is calculated from the day the order is dispatched, not the day the order is placed.

Return & Warranty
We are happy to refund any items within 30 days of receipt. if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging and all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you.
Items marked as non-refundable including but not limited to, beauty products, haircare or earrings can not be returned once packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
